Due to Covid-19 mandates we will be operating a bit differently this year to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff.
This is how our process will work this year:
By Appointment Only
Please arrive before your appointment time dressed and ready to see Santa. We ask that you enter the building just before your scheduled time to minimize the number of people in the waiting room at any time. Everyone waiting will need to be wearing a mask.
Temperature Check
As you enter staff will take the temperature of each member in your party and ask you to sanitize your hands. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will not be allowed to remain in the space. If you are sick please reschedule your appointment.
Plenty of Space Between Families While You Wait
Signs on the floor will aid guests in social distancing while waiting for their time with Santa. Wait times will be minimal. We will ask parents to ensure that your children remain with your family group until you enter the Santa Portrait space.
Socially Distanced Poses
Our Santa set is specifically designed to support social distancing. We have created zones which will allow children to interact with Santa without the usual contact of sitting on his lap. We know your kids are excited to meet with Santa, please remind them that Santa is very very old.
Mask With Santa?
Santa will be wearing his mask under his beard. Kids will not have to wear their masks while talking to Santa or while the portraits are being created.
Order Online. Delivery Direct To Your Home
This year we will provide contactless ordering. This means that you will not view and order your portraits in the studio space. Instead you will receive a link to your photo gallery on your phone or in your email box within a short time of your Santa visit. You will be able to view every image that was taken of your family and order your portraits directly through the ordering website. Your portraits will ship directly to your home, usually within 7 days.
